Our forefathers introduced many declarations, amendments, laws, etc. to provide constitutional rights and protections, equally, to each and every person. Individuals are elected and/or appointed to positions of public trust to: create, interpret, and enforce laws which are grounded in the constitution. We the people rely on those individuals to perform their duties, typically solely on their word (an oath).

     Courthouses, once revered as physical plants for justice, are now considered by many, "nests of corruption" occupied and run by a kleptocracy. The very government for which the constitution was created to protect the people from has managed to wrap itself and its members in protective blankets of exceptions, exemptions, and immunites, thus allowing their actions to occur without accountability, liability, and zero impunity. 

      People have reached their limit after observing decades of judicial corruption and the overall abuse of power being committed by members of government. The reason government gets away with it is because government only releases what government wants the public to know. This forum allows for the viewing of "complete" cases so interested persons can see how the system really operates...what evidence is considered and what evidence is ignored. The public will be able to see how our trusted officials truly perform which will assist voters on deciding candidacy qualifications, especially incumbents', on election day!
